| To place an order, simply click on the items you wish to purchase and put them into the basket. Once you have finished your selection you will be re-directed to our secure payment server provided by WorldPay. We will confirm your order and look forward to receiving your wording details which can be submitted using the wording forms provided after payment. Your wordings can be submitted at a later date by clicking on the "submit wordings" found on the home page using your unique reference number. If you prefer not to use our secure payment system, you can telephone your credit card details to us or alternatively you can make payment by forwarding a cheque and sending your completed order by post or email (please make cheques payable to Pentangle). | Printing/Delivery |

| Printing can take up to 14 working days with free delivery to any mainland UK address. Please note that your order will require a signature upon delivery, therefore you might like to use an alternative shipping address. |

| Please note the features shown on each design show the envelope and insert colour. Where no insert colour is shown the wording is printed directly on to the card. | ||
| Wordings |

| We provide sample templates as a guideline for you to choose from. You may wish to use your own wording. The layout may differ depending on the quantity of text you require. | ||
| Typefaces |

| Please choose from a choice of typefaces shown. Serviette Rings and Personalised Place cards are printed in a standard typeface only. | ||
| Proofs |
||
| A free email proof is supplied on all collections with the exception of "Beautiful Beginnings" and "It's Your Wedding" for which there is a charge of £6 per design reference number. A complete card proof is available - please refer to your chosen design for details. |

| Raised Ink Printing |
||
| Black raised ink printing is available at an additional cost of £15 for each design no. Please refer to your chosen design as raised ink may be as standard in black or other colours. |

| Coloured Inks |
||
| Please note that whilst every effort is made into accurately showing the ink colours available for each design, we do not accept responsibility should there be any misrepresentation of colour. The colour may vary from the colour displayed on your computer screen as different brightness and contrast settings can make a difference. Samples of designs with ink colours may be available if you request them. |
