| Returns and Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed a proof of the order will be produced and sent back to you. If you are not satisfied with the proof and do not wish to continue with the order a cost for the proof will be incurred by yourselves and we will refund the balance. Quality: Ido-weddingstationery is committed to providing a quality product backed up by an efficient and prompt service. If for any reason you are unhappy with the stationery you have received, please return the quality control card enclosed with your sample item. This will help us to continue with our commitment to provide our customers with a quality service. Whilst every effort is made to supply cards exactly as sampled, we reserve the right to substitute materials as necessary. Promotional and Discounted Offers: All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Thank you cards are supplied blank with no inserts and the promotion does not apply to cards with dedicated inserts. Only one offer per bride applies. Colour Reproduction Please note that whilst every effort is made into accurately reproducing the colours of each design, we do not accept responsibility should there be any misrepresentation of colour and board texture. The colour may vary from the colour displayed on your computer screen as different brightness and contrast settings can make a difference. |
